This is a combination of a face-to-face event and a video conference. The interpreting booths are usually set up on site. The technology is also organised on site. Of course, headphones are also provided. The conference room is professionally equipped with loudspeakers and microphones. Our technical team also takes care of the virtual tools to ensure that everything works perfectly for the online participants.
Remote interpreting hubs
These are technical studios with professional interpreting booths and screens. As specialist interpreters for medicine and pharmaceuticals, for example, we follow a video conference and interpret simultaneously. You don't have to worry about a thing. Our technical partners specialise in digital events and will support the conference from start to finish. A back-up internet line and the studios' professional transmission technology ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Individual solutions
If you prefer a specific platform or tool, our technicians will set up the video conference for you and will also be there for you during the event. We are experienced specialist interpreters and are familiar with all the major video conferencing systems. Not all platforms have good interpreting functions. We advise you on your individual case and support you not only as interpreters, but also as project managers for technical support.
